The kick-off meeting of the project took place in Slovenia on the 26th and 27th February (online). The goal of this meeting was for all partners

to meet in a video conference and we planned our future collaboration.

On the 1st day we:

1. Presented of project teams of partner schools.

2. Reviewed all goals and activities written in the application form and timetable. 

3. Discussed about a financial plan (budget distribution).

4. Prepared a plan for dissemination of projects' results.

5. We had online lecture - Climate change and the role od educators (dr. .Andrej Šorgo, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of Maribor). 

6. We have chosen (voting) our logo for the project. 

2nd day we did: 

1. Education for sustainable development - what do we do well and where do we have problems? The case of Slovenia

2. Acceptance of the financial plan of the project

3. Presentation of a survey of intrinsic motivation, knowledge and skills of the participants in this project 

4. presentation of dissemination plan and plan for how to achieve the results of this project more sustainable

5. Presentation of the project's website, (Slovenian team) and facebook page (Cyprus team)

6. Preparation for the first mobility of students in Poland. Both Polish partners presented a detailed program of the first

mobility (the whole programme)

7. Lecture: Revilitazation of a degraded area into a landscape park - the case of the Ormoške lagoons (dr. Damijan Denac, Birdwatching and Bird study society of Slovenia, NGO)
