What do you want to achieve by implementing the project?

1. To increase student motivation and engagement in the fight against climate change.

2. To improve students' ability to analyse information and develop solutions related to climate change.

3. To increase understanding of how planetary boundaries relate to a decent life for all of us.

4. To improve students' communication skills, their social-emotional skills and their understanding of the need for more effective civic engagement and participation.

5. To improve students' outcomes.

What activities are you going to implement?

to organise 5 presentations by climate experts
to germinate the seeds of change - 4 climate change activities linked to the local community and its needs.
to organise at least four round table discussions with local climate change experts
to create four time capsules to help understand climate changes
to film 3 documentary videos on climate change fieldwork
to build three sensory gardens
to write a collection of examples of good practice

What results do you expect your project to have?

1. to increase learning motivation for climate change issues in app. 700 pupils and at least 25 teachers

2. to increase an Intrinsic motivation for better learning outcomes and higher civic engagement

3. to develop key SEL competencies for students involved in mobilities

4. to empower the local environment of schools for a more active role in the fight against climate change and adaptation to it
